Pick a class, then a student, to see everything they submitted this year before you clear anything.
End of year: clear student work
This wipes student work from the tracker so September starts fresh. Review first; this cannot be undone (the nightly RAID 1 backup is your only recovery).
Clear all student work, keep class lists
Removes submissions, strand grades, snapshots, deep-dives, trends, attention list, comparison, test submissions, and activity log. Your class rosters stay, so you keep the same student lists.
Clear EVERYTHING, including class rosters
Same as above, and also empties the rosters. Use only for a complete fresh start when you will paste new class lists in September.
A copy of all server data (including these databases) is mirrored nightly to the RAID 1 drives, so a clear is recoverable from the most recent snapshot if needed.
